PARENTAL E-PORTAL INSTRUCTIONS Parental E-portal is a read-only view of your son’s information. Any changes need to be emailed to [email protected] . Go to URL: https://eportal.verulam.herts.sch.uk/eportal or Verulam website. You may see the following warning: Please click ‘continue to website’ Parental E-portal poses no threat to your p.c.
Input your username and password
E-portal will force you to change your password when you first log-on
The E-portal homepage will then be displayed.
We have given access for you to view the areas of Attendance, Student Timetable, Student Details, Notice board and Results. To open up each of these ‘bit-lets’ click the arrow to the left of More
Report This area will contain all reports and letters written specifically to your son. The reports are named i.e. : KS3 Full – Yr 9 is your son’s Yr 9 Full Report. Timetable This shows the student’s timetable. Please note that we have Blue week for Week 1 (B) and Yellow Week for Week 2 (Y) Attendance The pie chart on the main page summarizes your son’s statutory attendance. Once more is clicked a list of dates when absent and reason can be viewed.
