My role is the principle executive officer who, supervises and controls all the activities of the organization. I preside over all meetings of the Executive Board or the membership. I also select and appoint chairpersons of all Standing and Special Committees and shall be an ex-officio member of all committees of the organization. I also serve as the Parent Association representative on Collegiate’s Board of Trustees. My role is to assist the President during the first year of transition.

My role is to oversee the budget of the PA and to process and record income and expenses according to the policies of Louisville Collegiate School.

Our roles are to serve as liaisons between school faculty, administration and parents. We meet with Dr. Bridgewater monthly and as needed to discuss issues that are important to the education of our children and support of the faculty. We also serve as an avenue by which

parents can have their questions and concerns addressed. We coordinate efforts to support faculty and staff by organizing parent volunteers and events like Fall Festival, Bake Sale, Field Day, and the Lower School Dance.

Our roles are to support the Middle School faculty and administration. Our primary job is to circulate information and foster communication within the school community and to support families.

Upper School Vice President Kim Martin [email protected]
Our roles are to support Upper School students, families, faculty and staff by communicating division and grade specific information and acting a resource to parents. We meet with Peter Behr on a regular basis to discuss issues pertinent to the Upper School. We help organize parent gatherings and secure volunteers for various LCS events.

My role is to oversee all events that are done in appreciation of our wonderful faculty and staff. We host a December Dessert Party and two more events in the spring.
Secretary Tomarra Adams
My role is to be responsible for meeting minutes and general record keeping. I am also the contact person for parents interested in volunteering at Collegiate.

Our roles are to lead the new family support team, coordinate with school counselors to provide PAC (Parents Association and Counselors) parent education offerings, and to oversee the family care coordinator and community engagement team.

Booster Committee Chair Jenny Jung
My role is to support and promote Collegiate's athletes and our athletic programs. The Booster Committee provides financial support in areas not covered by the athletic department’s budget.
Communications/Public Relations Angie Beckett [email protected]
My role is to communicate key information about events, activities and policies that impact the families of Collegiate. I utilize school email, Enews, and the PA web page on Collegiate’s website to communicate this information.
