Parents Guide to TrackWrestling The following instructions will help parents get started with Trackwrestling.com. There is no cost to set up a TrackWrestling account/membership. This is where you sign up your wrestler(s) for tournaments and pay the entry fee. Trackwrestling.com athlete database is tied into the USA Wrestling Membership database. To get started, follow these steps…
Setting up a new TrackWrestling account Go to www.trackwrestling.com, on the upper right click “myTrack” to create an account for your wrestler.
Choose “Create Account”
Fill in all fields Wrestler’s first and last name (NOT PARENT’s NAME) Team name is “Cedar Park Wrestling” (no Club or Youth in the name)
Click “Create Account”, now your wrestler has an TrackWrestling account and a TrackWrestling #. SAVE YOUR TrackWrestling # in a place you can find it as needed.
Register for a Tournament Go to www.trackwrestling.com click the “Browse” tab. Click on Tournaments on Right hand side
Click “Search Events”
Enter Search criteria you wish (or just dates range and state) and then click “Search”
Find your tournament and click on “Pre-Register”
Click on “Register Now”
Fill in all the boxes and then click continue
Click “Add Wrestler”
Enter your wrestlers TrackWrestling # then click enter
Most information will auto populate. Fill in any empty boxes below Last Name that is not filled in. Make sure you have checked marked your tournament and fill in the drop downs, then click “Add this Wrestler”
It may ask for the wrestlers USA Wrestling Card #
Cedar Park Wrestling – no Club or Youth in name
It does not matter what you select in this box. It will not affect seeding.
Once you click add wrestler on previous step this will appear, click “Add Another Wrestler” or “Continue” to pay for tournament entry.
Fill in information fields, click “Submit Registration” and voilà you are done!!!
