Issues • Most pleasing the lack of bullying reported. • The Wi‐Fi issue is largely due to a poorly framed question. • Email issue ‐ forgetting passwords. • Printing is to be resolved with new reprographics contract but want to reduce the need to print. • Damage ‐ broken screen (c.20 to date) • Early issues with Opt‐outs (staff setting iPad specific homework and the need for iCloud training and drop offs)

Learning • From Quality Assurance observations biggest benefit ‐ reviewing and demonstrating learning. • New software: Edmodo and Showbie are having a huge impact on workflow and peer and self‐assessment. • All subjects have found effective use for the iPads. • Early concern ‐ a lot of ‘pretty’ work. Next steps • Y6 due to come on board 220 (90%) have signed up to date with the vast majority donating £10 per month. • Digital Leaders' role to develop. • Apple TV has been installed in to every classroom • The network is being reconfigured so students and staff can save to their Home drive from the iPad. • The new learning policy is the focus for Quality Assurance, Performance Management and Continued Professional Development. for 2013‐14. • Consider the issue of use of iPads at Lunch and Break.
