What Paribus Interactive™ does Paribus Interactive is the cloud based solution that prevents users from entering duplicate Accounts, Leads and Contacts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. As soon as users start adding one of these entities, they will be automatically notified of potential duplicates. They can browse these records and navigate to the chosen one, thus avoiding duplicate entries.
How Paribus Interactive™ works Paribus Interactive’s sophisticated algorithms work intelligently to identify matching records within your Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It looks, not only for identical words, but also for phonetic likenesses, synonyms, name variations, word segmentation, noise words, spelling errors, and even word sequencing. The matching is configurable so you can adapt it to your specific CRM customisations as required.
Where Paribus Interactive™ acts Paribus Interactive works across Accounts, Leads and Contacts entities and therefore can find a “person” who can be a Lead or a Contact within a single search. The matching function is applied to the quick create forms, and detail form additions & edits. There is a separate powerful search feature, as well as a fuzzy search in the Look Ups with forms.
