Parking Rules and Regulations This addendum is an addition to your lease and is meant to work in conjunction with it. Violation of any of the policies listed below may result in your car being towed without notice, at the owner’s expense. 1. Any car parked on the premises must be approved by management. Spaces are assigned. You must park only in the space assigned to you and always have your hang tag displayed with the number facing outward. 2. To receive a Property-Issued Hang Tag, all vehicles are required to have valid license plates and registration. 3. Vehicles must be registered to a lease holder. Exceptions may only be made by the Community Manager. 4. No more than one (1) Hang Tag per leaseholder will be issued and a maximum of three (3) Hang Tags will be allowed per household. 5. Residential Spaces are outlined in WHITE. Commercial and Office Retail are outlined in YELLOW. Residents are NEVER permitted to park in Yellow Spaces. There is no exception to this rule. 6. Visitors must park in the YELLOW-LINED commercial and office retail spots on Parking Level 1. Visitors parked in any other area or in an assigned residential space will be towed at the owner’s expense. 7. Any visitor whose vehicle will be in the parking garage between the hours of 10pm and 8am must register at the concierge desk to receive a Visitor Parking hang tag. Visitor Parking hang tags must be clearly displayed with the expiration date and time facing out of the windshield at all times. If a visitor is staying past the expiration date listed on their hang tag, they must get a new tag at the concierge desk. Altered tags may result in the visitor’s vehicle being towed at their own expense. Two (2) Visitor Parking hang tags per home per night will be issued. Visitor Parking hang tags can be registered for up to five (5) consecutive nights. Extended stays need to be approved by management. 8. If Visitor Parking is full, residents must make sure their visitors park elsewhere. Residents are held fully responsible for ensuring their visitors understand where to park. Management advises residents to make sure they check where their visitors have parked and that they are in compliance. 9. Repair work on vehicles is not permitted in the parking garage. This includes oil changes, tire changes, and detailing of vehicles. Please take your vehicle off site for any service that needs to be done. 10. Vehicles with flat tires, leaking oil, visible significant damage, or those deemed abandoned are subject to be towed.

11. In the event that a resident plans to be out of town for more than 5 business days, written notice to the Leasing Office is required. 12. Community Manager approval is required for residents to park motorcycles in the parking garage. The Community Manager reserves the right to stipulate where motorcycles may park. 13. Vehicles must be parked in between the lines of their assigned space. 14. A $75 fee will be charged to replace lost hang tags.
I acknowledge that I have read the above rules. I understand any violation of the rules above will result in my car being towed. Repeated Violations may result in having my Property-Issued Hang Tag revoked.
