Participant Workbook Thank you for sharing your priorities for the future of renewable energy in San Bernardino County. We appreciate your feedback. Please place your completed workbook in the comment box provided near the venue exit. Instructions: Your small group facilitator will lead you in a discussion about each of the three issue topics: Issue Topic 1 – Productivity: Supply, Location, and Technology Type Issue Topic 2 – Consumption: Economy, Equity, Independence, and Resilience Issue Topic 3 – Conservation: Natural and Cultural Resource Conservation During the small group discussion period, you will have 20 minutes to review each issue topic and record your comments in this workbook. As directed by your facilitator, please answer each of the questions listed on the following pages to help us draft goals for the County’s Renewable Energy Element. You may include any additional comments on page 8 of the workbook. You may also opt to receive a personalized invitation to participate online at SPARCForum.org. Details regarding SPARCForum.org are on the last page of the workbook. Thank you for your comments!
