PARTNERSHIP While many churches speak in terms of membership, Chatham Community Church chooses to express this concept as partnership, as we are active partners together in advancing the mission of God’s church. Partnership with Chatham Community Church is open to anyone 16 years of age or older who covenants to follow Christ with us and support the mission of CCC through: 1)
Worship (prayer, attendance, regular giving)
2)
Community (small group or other relationships)
3)
Service (using spiritual gifts)
The process for becoming an official Chatham Community Church partner: 1)
Attend a Discovery Class
2)
Share faith story with a recognized church leader (pastor, elder, deacon, or small group leader)
3)
Sign the partnership agreement
4)
Be publicly recognized in a worship service
5)
Receive confirmation letter from the elders
Partnership may be dissolved either by the partner at any time, or by the elders after following due constitutional process.
Partnership Agreement I confess Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I wish to partner with Chatham Community Church in support of its mission in the following ways: Worship I will support the mission of Chatham Community Church through ongoing prayer. I will support the mission of Chatham Community Church through my attendance at Sunday worship services. I will support the mission of Chatham Community Church through regular financial giving. Community I will support the mission of Chatham Community Church through involvement in a small group, or other intentional relationships within the church. Service I will support the mission of Chatham Community Church by using my spiritual gift(s) in ministry.
