If you need to cancel your party for any reason, we kindly request you do so a minimum of 12 days prior to your event date start time. DUFF’S CAKEMIX PARTY PACKAGE AGREEMENT Party Tier & Headcount: Space for your party size will be reserved based on the Party Tier you choose at booking. If you wish to upsize your party to a higher tier, please provide as much advance notice as possible. We cannot guarantee space availability. If downsizing your party to a lower tier within 12 days of your event, a per person cancellation fee will apply based on the minimum number of guests in your tier. Example: if downsizing from tier 4 to tier 3, the cancellation policy would apply to 10 guests (see cancellation policy below). All Party Tier changes after booking must be requested in writing via email to [email protected] Headcount: We do NOT need to know your final headcount as long as you stay within your Party Tier’s size. Time: We have designated time slots from which you can choose. Each party package includes two hours of studio time. We kindly ask you to encourage your guests to arrive on time, as we promptly begin parties at their start time, and we cannot allow parties to extend beyond their scheduled end time. Food & Beverage: We welcome outside food and beverages (i.e. items that are not sold in our shop). One side table (19” X 48”) is included in your package, and you may rent an additional one for $10. If you’re looking for a larger table, you may rent one of our decorating tables (36” X 72”) for $250 each, based upon availability. We do not allow any outside cakes, cupcakes or other desserts sold in our shop. Please see our bakery menu for a full list of items sold. Decorations: Feel free to bring and setup your own decorations, streamers, balloons, etc. Please note, our staff is always willing to lend a hand helping out with additional decorations, but we cannot guarantee they will be able to, as they are usually consumed with party preparation. You may arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation for setup, keep in mind we may still be cleaning your party space if you arrive early to setup. Since the space is shared, please be mindful of other guests with the amount of additional decorations. Standing Guests: Our occupancy is limited by code and the number of seats available in our studio. We carefully plan our space according to seated guests, and have very limited room available for people beyond those accounted for in our party sizes. As such, we kindly request you keep standing guests to a minimum. If you expect to have more than 1-2 standing guests, we kindly encourage you to consider one of our private party options. Age Restrictions: Guests under the age of 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Children 6 years old and younger must be assisted at the decorating table by at least one adult for every three children participating. Behavior: All guests are required to behave in a responsible and respectable manner. Our staff reserves the right to terminate your session without refund if any behavior within the party is deemed inappropriate or disruptive Property Damage: By signing this agreement, you agree that any damages or extraordinary cleaning charges incurred to Duff’s Cakemix — including its premises, fixtures or equipment — will be charged to the credit card on file. Service Charge: An automatic service charge of 18% will be added to your total. Cancellation Policy: We do not require a deposit, but we do require a credit card number to hold your party date and time.
