you will also provide expertise on proposal development, evaluation design and methodologies, programme monitoring and outcomes measurement. You will operate in Botswana as a member of an executive team who is excited by the possibilities of change in a time of huge challenge. To be successful in the post you will possess strong research and publication credentials in the HIV and broader health areas, be familiar with resource mobilisation and have a proven results orientation. This, together with your strong command of monitoring and evaluation issues and experience, PhD or equivalent qualification, 10 years of senior research experience and proven success in securing and managing funded research projects qualifies you for the post. Currently in its second phase the organisation is delivering on four main areas of focus: HIV/AIDS Treatment Optimization; TB-HIV Treatment Integration; Safe Medical Male Circumcision and Knowledge Generation.
