Hanover Soccer Club Meeting Minutes September 22, 2016 7:45 pm.
Opening: The Board meeting of the Hanover Soccer Club was called to order at 7:45 p.m. September 22, 2016 by Tom Buttner. Attending board members were: Brossoit, Buttner, Carter, Ennis, Lenker, Miller, Glatfelter, Andrews, Delair
Summary of Committee Motions/Recommendations: Motion By Glatfelter via email on August 22nd to approve Jenn Ennis to the Board as Intramural Registar. (9 Board members voted “yes”) Motion by Glatfelter via email on August 22nd to approve Lori Lincoln to the Board as a Snack Shack Coordinator. Addition of a field prep coordinator position. Motion By Glatfelter via email on September 22, 2016 to approve Shawn Miller to the Board as Equipment Coordinator via Board Meeting.

President Notes, New Business: Conewago Teams – We need to get a meeting together with new president to discuss our partnership. Dillsburg- How are things coming along?
Everything is running smooth. No issues. Only 1 game change request so far. One team wanted white jerseys in addition to red and black.
VP Coaches Report: Nothing to report at this time.
VP Intramural Report: Trophy motion- U6-U12 will get trophies at the end of season. This is consistent will all previous seasons.
Intramural Registration Report: We have 317 kids registered on line and since some have dropped out we have 312 kids for intramural this fall season. Little Kickers has 28 registered. I ordered some hoodie & sweat pants they are ready to be picked up at Elliott production do you want me to pick them up or someone else just let me know. For Super Soccer Sunday Lindsey will need to put the schedule on a big piece of paper or on a white board so she can keep track of the scores for that day.
Intramural Coaches Coordinator:

Equipment Coordinator: Should parents be on the same side as the kidsEmail to parents about being respectful to the coaches to let them coach. U8 coaches should only have 2 coaches on the field. U10 doing the buildout line.- Are we doing it?
Uniform Report:
Need to talk about White jersey option and Angelo’s will not have the
current style of jersey we have. Will not purchase shirts for parents who want to be part ot the
