Each team needs to provide a foursome
U9-U10 - $2000 for Pats Cup, State Cup and Additional Tournaments U11-U19 -$2500 for Pats Cup, State/National Cup & Additional Tournaments
Payment Instructions:
Golf Tournament Each U9-U10 will contribute $1,000 to the club via golf ball drop Each U11-U19 will contribute $1,500 to the club via golf ball drop Each team can sell more and keep additional funds in team account
Pay by Credit Card online at www.pateadores.org, Club Payment Button Paying by Check - Make Checks out to Pateadores Soccer Club. Turn in Checks or Cash to Team Manager Be sure to identify your Player's name and team on check
Terms & Conditions: Duration of Season: This agreement shall commence on the date signed and expires on May 31st of the current season or completion of post season State/National Cup Competition, if later. The Pateadores, Player and Parent(s)/Guardian agree to uphold the high standards of the PATEADORES and perform duties and commitments outlined in the PATEADORES Handbook accessible on our website. The Parent(s)/Guardian on behalf of the player agree to pay the player fees in full. Late payments will deem player ineligible from competition and/or training until account is made current or alternate arrangements are made. In addition, a $25.00 per month late fee will be added to the outstanding balance for each month of delinquency past the scheduled payment due date. No refunds will be given once training begins. Training begins upon signing and paying deposit. Player will need to be paid in full before being able to transfer to another SCDSL team. The club will not release a player unless they have fulfilled their player fee commitment. As we cannot predict player injury or illness during the program season, Pateadores will not adjust player fees due based on this signed agreement to practice or playing time lost due to injury or illness. Mandatory volunteer time to assist with the Pateadores Tournaments and club Golf Tournament. If you decide to leave the club after making your intial deposit and any additional paymentsNO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
