Sr. Partner: Sr. Partner is reached once a Partner makes another Partner in his downline. Example: Jim Smith is a Partner and his downline agent John Smith also qualifies for Partner. Jim Smith will be promoted to Sr. Partner.
Executive Partner: Executive Partner is reached once there are three levels deep of Partners. Example: Jim Smith is a Sr. Partner with NASB and John Smith is a Partner reporting to Jim Smith. John Smith has Jane Doe who makes Partner. John Smith then gets promoted to Sr. Partner and Jim Smith is promoted to Executive Partner.

Promotions are guaranteed if the production and other requirements are met. If someone in your hierarchy is promoted to a level equal or greater than your level, their production will always count towards your promotion requirements. Promotions must be verified and signed off by a Partner. Commission promotions may be granted by a manager without production requirements being met, however titles will not be given unless the production requirements are met. The direct reporting manager and one partner must sign off on unearned commission promotions. Each agent is allowed one “unearned” commission promotion per quarter. Commission schedules published for the Path to Prosperity are based upon the best underwriting class and lowest agent bracket (annuities). Please be aware that commissions may be reduced for clients that do not qualify for the best underwriting class (final expense), clients that are older in age (annuities) and some carrier commissions vary by state (annuities, LTC, Med Supp, Health)
Promotions are based upon the requirements outlined above and apply to final expense net issue paid premium only. Net production is calculated by subtracting cancelled production from gross production. This is a program summary and does not contain all the program information and requirements. It is the agent’s responsibility to request the increase in compensation by submitting the proper paperwork to the NASB headquarters. The maximum credit per sale is $5,000 for promotion purposes; this does not affect commissions earned. Promotion guide can be altered or discontinued at any time by the company. The structure outlined above is based upon the primary carrier(s) compensation. Other carriers and products compensation may vary.
