Loraine, Suite 500, Midland, Texas 79701. Proceeds from the GOLF TO HONOR Tournament benefit the Patrick Wayland Memorial Scholarship Fund, a component fund of Permian Basin Area Foundation. Four scholarships from Patrick’s fund will be awarded to Midland High School graduates for the 2016-2017 academic year.
