PAUL NOONE APPOINTED AS CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR FOR BROADSTONE’S CORPORATE BENEFITS BUSINESS Paul Noone has been appointed as client services director at ROADSTONE. He will have responsibility for all back office operations and client service standards, as well as BROADSTONE’s push to drive through the integration targets following business acquisitions. Paul possesses an unrivalled knowledge of the financial and professional services space, having had direct management responsibility of multi-million P&L. Before joining BROADSTONE, Paul worked for Mercer. Commenting on his appointment, Mark Howlett, Chief Executive of BROADSTONE, said, “Paul’s appointment underlines BROADSTONE’s desire to continue delivering first class levels of client service and to ensure that recent businesses acquisitions are successfully integrated as BROADSTONE continues on its path of further growth. He worked for Tata Consultancy Services for a year in 2010 and during that time was head of operations for the implementation of NEST. Between 1999 and 2009, he was UK Operations Director at Aon Consulting and in this role was accountable for service delivery in Aon Consulting’s Pension Administration division. Paul has an MBA from the Open University Business School and is an associate of the Pensions Management Institute.
