Imagine: you’re standing in line at your favorite coffee shop, you order the coffee you get every morning, and when you reach in your pocket to grab your wallet the cashier looks at you and says, “your coffee has been paid for by the person in front of you.” Your day has been made and you decide you're going to make someone else’s day with a random act of kindness.

IVHQ is “Paying It Forward” by raffling off free volunteer trips over the holidays. Volunteers can give back without having to pay out of pocket. The hope is that this will set off a chain reaction of volunteering. IVHQ will then set up a forum where volunteers can support each other. This campaign will increase sales and the forum will allow volunteers to support each other.

DIGITAL STRATEGY STATEMENT

In order to support the goal of recruiting volunteers, we will be executing a sustaining strategy. In order to get there, we will first listen, talk, and energize to have a solid fan base that trusts us.Then finally support volunteers to enable them to support each other.
