Some of the risks associated with choosing the Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard option in these countries include your card being lost or stolen in the post, which may delay or prevent you from receiving commissions which have been loaded onto your card and/or future commissions which you earn. By choosing the Prepaid MasterCard option you accept responsibility for and understand that: 1. Syntek Global does not assume responsibility if your Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard is lost or stolen in the post. 2. The distributor who orders the Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard is liable for their card and any funds which have been deposited onto their card. This means that if the distributor’s Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard is lost or stolen in the post while in transit or after it is received, the distributor is responsible for contacting Payoneer to order a replacement card. 3. The distributor is responsible for paying the appropriate taxes in their country in accordance with the laws and regulations in their country for the commissions paid to them. 4. The distributor is responsible for ordering replacement cards from Payoneer when the expiration date is reached. Other important rules to know when signing up for a Payoneer Prepaid Mastercard include: 1. When a distributor fills in their personal information they must use current and accurate information. Falsifying information may flag the individual in Payoneer’s database and prevent the distributor from ever being able to sign up for a Payoneer account in the future. 2. PO Box addresses cannot be used when signing up for a Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard account. Payoneer does not ship cards to PO Box addresses. 3. Business addresses cannot be used when signing up for a Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard account. Payoneer does not ship cards to business addresses. 4. Payoneer only ships to home addresses. 5. Ensure that the full address is entered when signing up for a Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard Account, including the correct country of the distributor’s residence.
Scenario #1 If you currently have a Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard that you ordered independent of Syntek Global that is not linked to your Syntek Global account. 1. Contact Syntek Global support by email at
[email protected]. 2. Explain in your email that you ordered a Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard independent of Syntek Global and would like to request it be linked to your Syntek Global account. 3. Provide the following information: a. Full name on card b. Last 4 digits on card c. Expiration date d. Distributor ID 4. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your card will be linked to your Syntek Global account. Your eligibility will be determined by Payoneer and permission will be granted on a case-‐by-‐case basis. Scenario #2 If you currently have a Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard account and want to switch to a Global Bank Transfer (GBT) account. 1. Contact Payoneer support via email, chat or telephone. Payoneer’s contact information can be found at the following web address: https://payoneer.custhelp.com/app/Contact_us 2. Explain to Payoneer support that you ordered a Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard but would now like to switch your account over to a Global Bank Transfer (GBT) account. 3. Request that Payoneer send you an email invitation to make the switch from Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard to a Payoneer Global Bank Transfer (GBT) account. 4. Payoneer will provide you with further instructions via email, including instructions to make the switch. Scenario #3 If you currently have a Payoneer Global Bank Transfer (GBT) account and want to switch to a Prepaid MasterCard account. 1. Contact Payoneer support via email, chat or telephone. Payoneer’s contact information can be found at the following web address: https://payoneer.custhelp.com/app/Contact_us 2. Explain to Payoneer support that you currently have an active Global Bank Transfer (GBT) account but would now like to switch your account over to a Prepaid MasterCard account. 3. Payoneer will provide you with further instructions and the required steps to sign up for a Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard.
Scenario #4 If you have not received a personalized link to sign up for Payoneer yet. 1. Send an email to
[email protected] with the following information: a. State your distributor ID. b. State which market you are in. c. State that you would like to request a unique Payoneer registration link so that you can receive commissions which you have earned. d. Syntek support will respond to your request within two business days. Scenario #5 If you have signed up for a Payoneer account but your account has not been approved yet. 1. Contact Payoneer support via email, chat or telephone. Payoneer’s contact information can be found at the following web address: https://payoneer.custhelp.com/app/Contact_us 2. Explain to Payoneer support that you signed up for a Payoneer account but your account has not been approved yet. Ask them what further information they need from you to finalize your registration. 3. Payoneer will provide you with further instructions and the required steps to activate your account and finalize your registration. Scenario #6 If you have signed up for a Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard account which has been approved and activated, but you have not received your card within the timeframe given to you by Payoneer. 1. Contact Payoneer support via email, chat or telephone. Payoneer’s contact information can be found at the following web address: https://payoneer.custhelp.com/app/Contact_us 2. Explain to Payoneer support that you signed up for a Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard but your card has not arrived in the timeframe given to you by Payoneer via email. 3. Ask Payoneer to confirm when your card was sent out. If necessary ask them to send you a replacement card.
