P eaks A bove H arding Icefield, K enai F jords N ational P a rk . Rick D are, Dallas V irchow , Joe Sears and I spent 13 days on the H arding Icefield in June. W e reached the icefield via the Exit G lacier and spent three days hauling loads to Base C am p at a group o f peaks near the northw est co m er o f the icefield. W e clim bed four peaks there by m ixed snow and rock routes: P 5178 (60°08' N , 149°57' W ), P 4900 and P 5000 (just east o f P 5178) and P 4800 (north o f P 5000).
