My pump is pre-programmed. How do I select the pre-programmed option I need? Begin program selection by pressing #2 or #8. The options will appear in alphabetical order with volume amount displayed. Use the arrow keys to highlight your selection.

How do I program the pump myself? To start, press the arrow with SETUP above it. This is your main arrow throughout the programming. Press the TYPE function arrow key at this time to change to the function of your choice. For example: VOLUME, AMBUL, TRANS, USAGE-1, USAGE-2, CUSTOM and NAME SYRINGE.

Enter volume, set up speed and press QUIT. You may enter other pump functions as necessary when prompted or enter QUIT to save your program.

How do I adjust the volume? To change the desired volume, press the SETUP key and use the numeric key pad. Key in the volume and then press ENTER. Once you have chosen the desired volume, press QUIT.

Access the menu
What is CW and CCW? CW turns the rotor clockwise. CCW turns the rotor counterclockwise. To change the existing setting, press the SETUP key and select either CW or CCW. Press NEXT and then QUIT. Select rotor direction

How do I change the speed? Press the SETUP key, then press NEXT. When you see SPEED, enter the required RPM between 30 to 300 and press ENTER. Press NEXT and then QUIT. Enter required RPM

How do I prime the pump? Press the START function key. Note: This is NOT a set priming volume. When you verify the tubing is primed, press the STOP function key, followed by the ABORT function key. Press the START function key

How do I copy setup? Press the COPY or QUIT function key to copy parameters into the memory bank you are using. Press #2 or #8 to move from one memory bank to another. Select COPY

How do I calibrate the pump? Connect the distal end of the tubing for the device you are going to use i.e., syringe, bag or bottle. Press the START button and after dispensing approximately 70% press the STOP button. Calculate the volume that was dispensed; press the CAL key on the right side. Press the START button
The LCD Screen will display:
Enter the volume that was dispensed by using the numeric keypad and follow it by pressing ENTER, then press QUIT key to resume. The pump will resume from the amount you entered and stop at the amount required.
Press the QUIT key to resume
Note: Whenever QUIT appears on the screen you may press the function key beneath it and return to the main menu. Foot switch may be used in lieu of start/stop button for dispensing by plugging into round receptacle on rear of pump.

How do I clean the pump? The pump can be cleaned easily by using Isopropyl Alcohol and a clean soft cloth. Apply alcohol directly to the cloth and wipe down the outside of the housing. The area around the keypad and the motor housing are sealed so alcohol will not seep into the inner workings of the pump.
