Frequency and Schedule PHCC’s Web advertising is available on a first-come, first-served basis in monthly increments. Requests for advertising should be made by the 15th of the month prior to the month in which the advertising is to begin, and is not final until you receive official confirmation from PHCC. Electronic ads should be provided to PHCC within five business days after PHCC confirms your desired ad space is available. PHCC reserves the rights to deny or delay advertising in accordance with the Web site policy outlined below.
Ad Requirements The ad dimensions are to be 150w x 60h pixels and under 10K. All files must be in RGB .jpg or .gif format. E-mail art to Julie Turner at [email protected]. Ads should be prepared, in advance, by the advertiser or designer.
Website Ad Policies: All Web site advertising is subject to PHCC’s approval before acceptance. PHCC reserves the right to reject any ad that it believes detracts from the image of PHCC, competes with PHCC products or services, is offensive to association members, makes derogatory or offensive statements, or detracts from the mission of PHCC. Liability for content of the ads is assumed by the advertiser. There are no agency discounts.
Payment Terms: Payment is due 30 days after ad begins. * PHCC associate members receive a 10 percent discount. ** Other options are available upon request.
