Scope of Work
59,052 watts of photovoltaic modules (259 Sunpower Serengeti 228 watt modules or equivalent) 5 Fronius IG Plus 11.4-3 grid tied inverters with online data monitoring. All conduit, wire, disconnects and over current devices. Custom steel parking shade structures (by subcontractor) and module mounting equipment Trenching from array to service entrance and patching of asphalt. Engineering Stamps. Plans and permits from Pima County Development Services. Complete installation of system. Coordination of required inspections from Pima County and TEP.
We propose to furnish material and labor, complete in accordance with above specifications.

Proposal Notes
This estimate is valid until, May 23rd , 2011. After that date please confirm pricing.
Proposal based on a TEP performance based incentive of $0.13 per kWh capped at 50% of the total cost that has been secured.
Customer is responsible for supplying a high speed internet connection at site for installation of data monitoring system.
You are required to disclose to Technicians For Sustainability any condition existing on the property that could cause damage or injury to equipment or personnel prior to the commencement of the work
Technicians For Sustainability will provide a ten year guarantee on parts (excluding the solar equipment) and labor. The solar equipment comes with its own warranties (25 years on modules, 10 years on inverter) and Technicians For Sustainability assumes no liability or obligations whatsoever for any defects in the solar equipment.
