Since 2001; reconstruction in the complex post‐conflict ; p p situation in the country of Afghanistan: – extreme poverty, major socio‐economical crisis, war insurgency, frail governmental institutions g y, g – Many, however uncoordinated efforts undertaken Lack of a clear vision for current and future development Need for national management of Projects and Assets
