This rebate offer is valid only for legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, who are 18 years old or older (includes APO/FPO addresses). The offer does not apply to Canadian residents. Rebate submissions must be postmarked by July 31, 2017. Not valid with other offers. Void where taxed, restricted or prohibited.
