The clock begins when the PSA arrives on campus. BUT... If you stop for food for ONLY the PSA (To-go only), the clock does not start. If food is provided for PSA and PARENTS, the clock starts when you stop for food (even if drive-through).
After 48 hours, the PSA must depart the campus immediately. Rides BACK to the airport ARE INCLUDED in the 48-hours.
