Situation Pitdrichie lies between Laurencekirk and Stonehaven, close to the village of Drumlithie, and with easy access to the A90 dual carriageway. It is situated just to the north of the Howe of the Mearns. This part of Kincardineshire is well known for its productive farmland. The area is well served by good communications.
