Our pizza base is made from sourdough Pizza as it should be: the slow-rising sourdough is proved for over 48 hours, then hand stretched and baked at over 400oC. The natural process of proving and fast cooking gives a soft, delicious base with that classic pizza taste, texture and aroma.
