PJM Special Fall Ball Rules 2016
All games are 75 Minutes finish the inning. No wins or losses are recorded. Games are 9/11, 9/18, 9/25, and 10/2. Tournament is October 8th & 9th Single Elimination. Teams may borrow from the same or lower division to complete a roster of 10 players. Borrowed player guidelines: o Must be on a rostered PJM fall ball team in same or lower division. o Must play outfield only and bat last. Home team will be decided by double coin flip. Pitching is unlimited. Pitching Distance for each age 8u 35 feet, 10u is 35 feet, 12u is 40 feet, and 14u & 16/18u is 43 feet. 8u & 10u may only score a max of 5 runs per inning. 8u may steal on pitcher release but can only steal one base per pitch and NO STEALING HOME BASE. If player steals extra base and touches that base she will be called out! 8u no walks, coach will resume the count. Only 3 pitches if no strikes. 8u if batter is hit by pitch, coach will come out and resume pitch count.
10u may steal on pitcher release but can only steal one base per pitch and allowed to steal home base. If player steals extra base and touches that base she will be called out! 10u does have drop 3rd strike.
Courtesy runner is used for pitcher and catcher. Continuous batting, all players bat. Teams may field 4 outfielders but can choose to play 3. All players must play 1 full inning of defense in all divisions. Umpire decisions are final and no protest will be allowed. Both teams must rake the infield and fill in holes after each game. NO METAL SPIKES ALLOWED NO JEWERLY ALLOWED NO GAMES WILL BE MADE UP DUE TO RAIN CANCELATIONS October 8th & 9th Single elimination tournament
