Plainfield South High School Summer Sports Camps 2014
PSHS SUMMER SPORTS CAMPS 2014 REGISTRATION No confirmation will be sent. Please report on the camp start date listed on this camp schedule. Please make checks payable to PSHS. There is no registration by phone, fax or credit card. Camp fees are due by the first day of camp. Please complete a registration form for each participant. Payment for multiple camps/family members may be combined on one check. Sorry, no multi-child discount. The camp offerings listed are tentative, contingent upon enrollment. Fees are not pro-rated at any time. If a camp is canceled due to low enrollment, registered students will be contacted. Full refunds will be made only in the event that a camp is canceled. Refunds will not be issued for any reason after a camp has started. To request a refund before the first day of camp, please call 815.577.5523 and leave a message. Please allow 6-8 weeks for refund. Processing fee of $20 will be deducted. If you have questions regarding a specific sport or scheduling/vacation conflicts, please email the coach listed on the camp schedule. In the event of weather-related cancellations during a camp, signs will be posted at PSHS and coaches will make every effort to contact participants. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations. It is strongly recommended that sports physicals be obtained in late May through mid-June and a COPY submitted to the coach during summer camp so that athletes choosing to participate in a Fall Sport have physicals on file before the first day of fall sports. Sports physicals are valid for one year from date received. Incoming Freshman may use the freshman physical as their sports physical. Submit a COPY of the freshman physical. Do NOT submit the original to the coach or Athletic Office. FALL SPORTS--Boys/Girls Cross Country, Football, Boys/Girls Golf, Boys Soccer, Girls Swimming, Girls Tennis, Girls Volleyball, Cheer & Dance--start AUGUST 13, 2014. Athletes should email coach for specific fall tryout and practice information. To register for camps, you may mail to PSHS, drop off at PSHS Main Office or bring the first day of camp.
