Approval of the Minutes of the Town Council meeting of December 11, 2017. 2. Approval of reports from the Clerk-Treasurer, Director of Public Works, Executive Director of Development Services, Fire Chief, Director of Hendricks County Communications Center, Human Resources, Director of Planning, and the Town Manager all dated December 19, 2017. 3. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 36-2017 - An Ordinance Establishing a New Fine Schedule for Services Provided by the Town of Plainfield, Indiana 4. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 37-2017 - An Ordinance Adopting the Town of Plainfield Employee Handbook for the Town 5. Third Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 35-2017 - An Ordinance Establishing a New Fee Schedule for Services Provided by the Town of Plainfield, Indiana 6. Approval of the 2018 Board and Committee Appointments, per the Town Manager’s report. 7. Approval to Advertise for Bids for a construction contract to resurface Stafford Road and make intersection improvements at Stafford & Perry Roads in accordance with grant funds awarded through INDOT’s Community Crossings program, per the Executive Director of Development Services’ report. 8. Approval to assign ‘Glasswater Lane’ as the official street name for the currently unnamed roadway that connects the Ronald Reagan Parkway to CR 1050 E at a point approximately 850 feet north of Main St., per the Executive Director of Development Services’ report. 9. Approval to Advertise a Request for Proposals for the East Fork Interceptor Sewer project utilizing guaranteed savings contracting as described in IC 36-1-12.5, per the Executive Director of Development Services’ report.
