PLANNING PERMIT The Sunbury South PSP is being exhibited with a concurrent planning permit application for subdivision of land (Permit Number: P18858) by Villawood Properties. This multi-lot staged subdivision plan is anticipated to be the first residential development delivered in Sunbury South and will make a vital contribution toward the delivery of new infrastructure, as well as the upgrade of existing infrastructure. The permit will allow subdivision to enable the development of 679 new homes, a major town centre (which would be subject to separate future planning permit applications), land for a club / community facility, land for a non-government primary school and reserves land for local roads, parks and drainage. The permit application also seeks approval for access to a Road Zone and removal of easements. The planning permit application is being processed concurrently with the planning scheme amendment under Section 96A of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.

THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE PREPARATION OF AMENDMENT C207 TO THE HUME PLANNING SCHEME UNDER SECTION 96C OF THE PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT ACT 1987.
