Today Disciple Time 11:30am Community Room If this is your first time considering Disciple Time or you want a fresh start, please join us for a cup of coffee in the Community Room. This is your opportunity to get to know others and to listen and share about how todays sermon and God’s Word affects our lives. Our youth meet at the long table with Pastor Mike and adults are welcome to join any round table. This is a core component of our worship service! Summer Softball Season Begins Today Co-ed 18 years and up. All games will start at 5pm, at Davis Hill School on Jameson Rd, in Holden starting this Sunday, June 29,skipping July 4th weekend, and every weekend after that until August 24. Players – please come whenever, as often as you can. It ended up being more fun playing “organized pick-up” than I expected, so if you stayed away last summer, try it again. Contact Dan Marinone for more information 508-829-7159. Casket Empty Time Line This is a great resource tool to follow while walking in God’s Word with us. If you have already ordered one and never picked it up they are available in the Welcome Center today. For more information how you can get a timeline please stop in the Welcome Center. For Your Convenience Prayer/Guest Cards: Each Sunday inside your bulletin there is a Card for our guests to fill out. On the back anyone can fill out your prayer requests or praise report. We have a prayer ministry who desires to stand with you for your particular needs. Please put your card in the vase up front at the altar, in the collection plate as the offering is being collected, or before you leave place it the little white wooden church in the lobby. Hearing Assistance We provide listening aid devices for the hard of hearing. Please inquire at the Information Desk in the Lobby prior to Worship service to obtain a receiver.

What are your plans for the summer? With Bible Studies winding down for the summer we want to invite you to enjoy the chapel grounds. Invite a friend for a picnic at the playground, walk our Nature trail or enjoy the beautiful garden planted by our HCA students.
Do you have a prayer need or praise report? We believe in praying for one another, visitors, members, friends and extended family. Please take a moment and fill out a prayer card located in this bulletin and drop it in the offering plate or the vase at the front of the Altar. Psalm 145:18 The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in Truth.
Plan Ahead Members Forum The By Law Task Force has been working very hard to provide you with an updated draft copy of the Holden Chapel By Laws. The draft will be available July 6th at the information desk. Please take the time to review this very important document prior to the members forum on July 20th following Worship service. Stephen’s Ministry Training will begin on Thursday July 10th from 6:30 to 8:30 PM in the Welcome Center starting on July 10th and ongoing for all Stephen Minister Applicants. NO Discipleship Time for Kids in Summer th Youth grades 6-12 are in Worship Service 11:30 Youth 6—12th join us for DT in Community Room The Family Room is available during service for parents of young children. The nursing mothers’ room is available for mothers with babies to have a private space to listen and view the service. Our Altar is a place for responding to the invitation of Jesus during Worship time. Prayer teams are available before and after service to pray with you.
