Planning Commission Minutes Chairman Hughes called the August 20, 2013 Planning Commission to order at 5:35 pm with the following members present: Judy Hughes Suzanne Olson
Judy Iverson San Monahan
Arvid Meland
Tammy Bohn
Also present: Christina Steele (Planning & Zoning Coordinator) Jason Anderson (Council Representative) The minutes from the July 2, 2013 meeting were reviewed and approved. A summary of recent Council actions related to planning & zoning was reviewed. 1. Review changes to Title 18 Zoning regarding the formation of an AOB Overlay District within the Industrial Park. Discussion took place regarding the area of the Overlay District, the proposed language for the ordinance and the Conditional Use process for application. 1st by Suzanne and 2nd by Judy Iverson to approve. All members approved as written. The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 pm. The next meeting is scheduled for September 10, 2013 at 5:30 pm. Respectfully submitted, Christina Steele
