The way this works is when the customer exports a rec via SlingShot our sever sends the product rec to Ravens server, from there it is uses Raven’s system to push the rec to the monitor. THE VIPER PRO MUST BE POWERED ON TO RECEIVE THE REC. Once the rec hits the raven server it is out of our hands. The Raven customer has the ability to see if the product rec has hit the Raven server.
