Player Withdrawal & Refund Request
Players who withdraw from AYSO Hesperia Region 878 may receive a refund if the following process is followed. Submit the Player Withdrawal & Refund Request form (complete the Parent section) to the Registrar at [email protected] or mail the form to the below indicated address: AYSO Region 878 – Attn: Registrar Player Withdrawal and Refund Request P.O. Box 403426 Hesperia, CA. 92340-3426
The refund amount will be determined based on the guidelines below. If your child is not placed on a team due to a shortage of coaches and/or players, you will receive a full refund. Withdrawal Occurs Prior to teams being formed
Refund Result Registration fees less the AYSO National Registration Player Fee
Prior to Opening Day
Registration fees less the AYSO National Registration Player Fee and Uniform No refund
On or after the first game of the season for the applicable division/gender of the player
