Like your servant Paul, we know what you require of us; yet, like Paul, what we do is not the good we want to do, and the evil we do not want to do, that evil we keep on doing. We mistreat those we love, and we dishonor you, the One who made us. How long, O Lord, will we continue to ignore your will?
