Scripture — Psalm 101 Message — The Way of Integrity ____________________________________________________ Welcome! We’re so glad that you're here. If you've been worshipping with us for a long time or you're entering the doors of a church for the first time, it is our hope that you'll experience a kind welcome, a sense of genuine community, and the grace and truth of Jesus Christ that the Christian Church has celebrated for centuries. If you're asking questions about faith and spirituality, join us in our formation opportunities and ministry events to learn more and meet others. Help us get to know you or let us know how we can pray for you by filling in the Communication Card in the pew and putting it in the offering basket—we'll be in touch. The Lord be with you! ____________________________________________________ WORSHIP—CELEBRATE WHAT GOD IS DOING We have a fully staffed nursery available for Infants—3 yr-olds downstairs. Please visit the Welcome Desk in the foyer to checkin your child. Activity bags are available at the Kids Corner table in the fellowship hall for children in worship. Please return the activity bags—the crafts are yours to keep! Children PreK—2nd grade are dismissed to KidStreet rooms 2 & 3 for Children's Church during worship. Parents/Guardians: If you did not check in your child prior to the service, please accompany them to their class. Thanks!
GATHER Welcome Call to Worship - based on 1 Chronicles 29:10-13, NIV Praise be to you, LORD, the God of our father Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Yours, LORD, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is yours. Yours, LORD, is the kingdom; you are exalted as head over all. Wealth and honor come from you; you are the ruler of all things. In your hands are strength and power to exalt and give strength to all. Now, our God, we give you thanks, and praise your glorious name. Song: O Worship the King Song: Shout to the North
RENEWAL Prayer of Confession Holy God, we groan at our weaknesses, and we ask forgiveness.Your Word is so clear, and your grace is so good. But we close our ears to your call, and with our perverse pride we foul the gifts you have given us. Like your servant Paul, we know what you require of us; yet, like Paul, what we do is not the good we want to do, and the evil we do not want to do, that evil we keep on doing. We mistreat those we love, and we dishonor you, the One who made us. How long, O Lord, will we continue to ignore your will? Yet you provide streams of living mercy; you invite us again and again to live renewed lives. So we turn once again to the cross, to the empty cross, to the stone rolled away, to our interceding Lord Jesus Christ seated at your right hand, to the gracious gift of your Spirit. We seek your forgiveness through Jesus Christ, our Savior. We draw upon your promises, and we ask once again simply for mercy and grace.
With your Holy Spirit, sanctify us. Hear our prayer, O Lord, for we ask it in Christ’s name. Amen. Silent Confession Words of Encouragement Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. – Romans 5:1-2, NIVT Song: Your Grace is Enough Passing the Peace The peace of Christ be with you. And also with you!

Offering Ourselves and Our Gifts — For the Ministries of Pleasant Street
The offering is a way for Christians to support the mission and ministry of the church. As a part of our worship, it is as an opportunity for the regular, proportionate and generous giving of the resources God has given us. We offer a sacrificial portion of our resources (time, talents, possessions) as an act of faith and gratitude in response to God’s grace.
Song: Holy Spirit
SEND Benediction May our Lord Jesus Christ, the one who came with grace and truth, also fill your hearts with grace and truth, as you serve him in the days ahead. And may the joy of the Lord—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit— be your strength. Amen Song: It Is Well Let us go forth to love and serve the world as those who love our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Thanks be to God!
