2017-2018 Parent Club Contract Parent club is responsible on the school budget for $130,000. Below are the activities that parents are responsible for in support of the school and to keep tuition at its current rate. Administration reserves the right to add fundraising activities throughout the school year as it fits to aide in the school’s budget. Any activities added beyond what is listed becomes an automatic inherent responsibility to the parents of OLMCS. In signing the contract, you are in understanding of the aforementioned and will make your best effort to assist in keeping tuition affordable for all OLMCS families. ALL YEAR  

Campus Volunteer Hours o 5 hours Bingo o Four shifts o $450 late/miss shift fee

FALL   

Oktoberfest Festa Booth o Two 5 hour shifts o $450 late/miss shift fee Raffle Calendars o 16 calendars per family at $35 each

WINTER Vendor Faire

SPRING     

Spring Festival o $200 in event tickets or raffle tickets o One 5 hour shift Take-out Dinner Popcorn Sale Vendor Faire (Mother’s Day) Jog-a-thon

Please Keep in Mind… It costs OLMCS $7,000 to educate 1 student. This requires OLMCS to off-set the budget through fundraisers such as these.

Your commitment of time and talent allows your student to attend OLMCS at a much more reasonable cost. Therefore, it is imperative that every family make a best effort to assist the school in this way.
