Nowhere else will you find such a diversified structure of income-earning opportunities. QUALIFYING TO EARN IN ORDER TO BEGIN TO EARN POINTS, BONUSES, AND COMMISSIONS WITH PLEXUS , YOU MUST BE A QUALIFIED AMBASSADOR. TO DO THAT, YOU MUST MEET A FEW REQUIREMENTS. ®
First, your Annual Membership must be current. Second, you must have at least 100 Personal Volume (PV) (excluding Welcome Pack PV) through the monthly cycle end date. PV is defined as the volume received from each commissionable product purchased through your account (excluding Welcome Pack PV).

*In order to be considered qualified, three elements must be in place: 100 PV or more, a valid form of payment on the account, and a valid Ambassador shipping address before any commission cycle end date.
WEEKLY AND MONTHLY PAYMENTS Plexus® Ambassadors are paid both weekly and monthly, depending on the type of incomeproducing activity. Weekly Commissions are paid for Business Building Bonuses (BBB). BBBs are paid the week following your new Ambassador’s purchase of a Welcome Pack. You’ll receive payment the week following the Welcome Pack or Ambassador Product Pack purchase. To qualify for Weekly Commissions: 1. Your Annual Membership must be current. 2. You have at least 100 PV in the current month; or 3. You were qualified in the prior month; or 4. You are a new Ambassador in your first month.
Monthly Commissions are paid for Retail Rewards, Retail Rewards Override, Preferred Customer Bonuses, Plexus Points, Achievement Bonuses, and Emerald, Sapphire, and Diamond Pool Bonuses. Payment is made on the 15th of the following month. There are two qualifications for Monthly Commissions: 1. Your Annual Membership must be current. 2. You must have at least 100 PV (excluding Welcome Pack PV) through the monthly cycle. You must meet the above requirements in order to receive bonuses and commissions. Otherwise commissions will compress to Qualified Ambassadors in your upline. That means your upline will earn your commission because you didn’t qualify during a given pay period.
Weekly Commission cycles are 12:00am ET Sunday through 11:59pm ET Saturday.
Monthly cycles are 12:00am ET on the 1st through 11:59pm ET on the last day of the month.
A minimal administrative fee will be charged to your account every month.

As a Ruby Ambassador, you will be paid Plexus Points on your Pay Levels 1 – 6, and you’ll receive a one-time Achievement Bonus of $500.* By personally sponsoring and maintaining a minimum of 5 Qualified Ambassadors, and having a minimum of 750 points in your first 6 levels (with 150 of those points coming from outside of your primary leg), you advance to Senior Ruby. As a Senior Ruby Ambassador, you are paid Plexus Points on your Pay Levels 1 – 7, and you’ll receive a one-time Achievement Bonus of $750.*
As a Senior Gold Ambassador, you will be paid Plexus Points on your Pay Levels 1 – 6. You’ll also receive a one-time Achievement Bonus of $350.*

To achieve Emerald, you must personally sponsor and maintain a minimum of 6 Qualified Ambassadors, and have a minimum of 1,500 points in your first 7 levels (with 375 of those points coming from outside of your primary leg).

For Ambassadors at the Emerald level and above (also known as “Jewels”), a special Bonus Pool exists.
Ambassadors, and have a minimum of 4,500 points in your first 7 levels (with 1,125 of those points coming from outside of your primary leg).
Along with being paid Plexus Points on Pay Levels 1 – 7, Emeralds receive a share of the Emerald Bonus Pool.
Along with being paid Plexus Points on your Pay Levels 1 – 7, Diamonds also receive a share in the Diamond, Sapphire, AND Emerald Bonus Pools.
SAPPHIRE Ambassador To become a Sapphire Ambassador, you must personally sponsor and maintain a minimum of 6 Qualified Ambassadors, and have a minimum of 3000 points in your first 7 levels (with 750 of those points coming from outside of your primary leg). Along with being paid Plexus Points on your Pay Levels 1 – 7, you will also receive a share in the Sapphire Bonus Pool AND the Emerald Bonus Pool. DIAMOND Ambassador Diamond Ambassador is the top rank in Plexus, and it offers the largest income-earning opportunity. To achieve Diamond, you must personally sponsor and maintain a minimum of 7 Qualified

WAYS TO EARN INCOME FROM THE PLEXUS® COMPENSATION PLAN As a Plexus Ambassador, you have the opportunity to start earning income, and build that income to match the level of effort you put into your Plexus business. That’s another beauty of team relationships—the sky’s the limit!

The other half is shared among all Qualified Ambassadors through commissions, Plexus Points, and bonus pools.
One aspect of the Plexus Compensation Plan that is unmatched in our industry is the concept of Plexus Points. All of the Commissionable Volume that comes through Ambassadors’ replicated websites goes into an Ambassador Pool at the end of the month.
The value of a Plexus Point varies each month depending on key indicators, including, (but not limited to) total Commissionable Volume, and the size of the sales field. Plexus Points are earned based on your Pay Rank and your team’s PV each month. You are paid on the total number of Plexus Points you have qualified for, multiplied by the current value of a Plexus Point.
Half of that pool goes to the company for product development and production and operating costs.

RETAIL REWARDS COMMISSION (NORMAL COMPRESSION) You can become a Plexus® Ambassador and earn generously through the Retail Rewards Program. Building a team of Ambassadors is not required. Here’s how it works: As an Ambassador, you can purchase Plexus products at wholesale. You also have your own Plexus replicated website, where all purchases can be made. You can also offer your retail Customers two purchasing options: 1 Sell and market Plexus products and profit from these sales. 2 Purchase online through your replicated website, using an accepted form of payment. Product purchases made online (including your own) that are associated with your Ambassador ID Number generate PV. As your monthly PV builds, the percentage of your retail sales

commissions increases as well. Commissions are paid on any PV over 100 (excluding Welcome Pack PV). When you exceed 500 PV, your percentage increases from 15% to 25% on all PV over 100!

PREFERRED CUSTOMER BONUS (NO COMPRESSION) Our Preferred Customer program is a recurring monthly subscription, and a great opportunity for you. Initially, many Customers may only want to purchase as Retail Customers, and then move to Preferred Customer status when they see the discount! Once they experience personal success with the products, many Preferred Customers will take the next step and join your team as an Ambassador. Benefits to the Preferred Customer: Preferred Customers receive a discount on their purchases, and automatically receive their Plexus products each month without having to remember to place an order. Once a Preferred Customer has three consecutive subscriptions process, they’ll receive an additional 10% discount off their purchases beginning with their fourth consecutive order! That discount will continue as long as there is no interruption in their Preferred Customer status, and it applies only to subscriptions, not website or phone orders. 17

PREFERRED CUSTOMER BENEFITS TO YOU
Benefit #1: Meet monthly PV! Products purchased by your Preferred Customers count towards your own PV. Your personal requirement to have 100 PV each month could be fulfilled by Preferred Customer purchases Example: if your Preferred Customer orders a 30-day supply of Plexus Slim® at 82.95 PV, you only need another 17.05 PV to meet the minimum requirement. If you have 2 Preferred Customers who order Plexus Slim, you’d have a total of 165.90 PV, which more than meets your monthly PV! Benefit #2: Earn Cash Bonuses! Plexus pays you Preferred Customer Bonuses for most products. Please refer to the Compensation Plan Summary Chart available in your Back Office for specific products and bonus amounts. Example: if you had 5 Preferred Customers ordering one Plexus Slim each month, you would earn $15 for each Slim, totaling $75!* Benefit #3: Earn Retail Reward Commissions! If you have 5 Preferred Customers, each ordering
one Plexus Slim® at 82.95 PV, your Retail Rewards Commissions would be 5 x 82.95 PV = 414.75 PV – 100 PV = 314.75 PV x 15% = $47.21. This is in addition to the cash bonus in Benefit #2!* PC bonus $75 + PV 47.21 = $122.21 each month.* Benefit #4: Create Income Stability! The more Preferred Customers you have, the more stable your business. When you help your Ambassadors build their own base of Preferred Customers, your entire organization will enjoy stability. Your commissions—and those of your team members—will remain strong month after month! Benefit #5: Get New Customers and Ambassadors! If every two months, one of your Preferred Customers decides to become a Plexus Ambassador, your organization will grow steadily with an opportunity to increase your commissions. In addition, if every two months each of the Ambassadors on your team had one Preferred Customer decide to become an Ambassador, you would see your team grow!

RETAIL REWARDS OVERRIDE COMMISSION (NORMAL COMPRESSION) When you have a Pay Level 1 Ambassador who earns Retail Reward Commissions, you’ll receive an Override Commission based on the amount of their PV. The Override Commission will be 5% of that Ambassador’s PV (over their initial 100 PV).
Plexus® Preferred Customers receive a discount on products. Ambassadors receive even greater savings by purchasing at wholesale!
Example: if you sponsored an Ambassador who has 2,500 PV worth of product in one month, you would earn an Override Commission of 5% of their PV over 100 PV, or 5% of 2,400 PV = $120.00.* This amount would be added to your monthly check.

BUSINESS BUILDING BONUS (BBB) (NORMAL COMPRESSION) When a new Ambassador joins the company, they can purchase one Welcome Pack for either $99 or $199. The new Ambassador does not earn commission on the Welcome Pack they purchase. However, 50% of the Welcome Pack PV is distributed to qualified upline Ambassadors as a BBB 4 levels up, and the remaining 50% is retained by Plexus® for product costs.

FAST START ACHIEVEMENT BONUS (NO COMPRESSION) The Fast Start Achievement Bonus is a special bonus paid to new Ambassadors who achieve the level of Gold, Senior Gold, Ruby or Senior Ruby within the first 30 days of becoming an Ambassador.* Plexus® Points and Mock Points are combined to assist in reaching qualification requirements. The Fast Start Achievement Bonus is paid on the Monthly Commission cycle of the month in which the 30-day time period ends. One-time Achievement Bonuses are paid on the Monthly Commission cycle in which the Ambassador reaches designated levels. For instance, if you reach Silver at the end of June, you will receive the bonus of $100 with your June commissions.*
Here is an example of how the Fast Start Achievement Bonus is paid out: Example: you join Plexus® on June 10th, and would have until 11:59pm ET on July 10th (30 days) to reach Gold or above to earn a Fast Start Achievement Bonus.
Based on July commissions, you earn a $350 Fast Start Achievement Bonus (Paid on August 15th).*
You sign up 3 new Qualified Ambassadors (each of whom purchases a Welcome Pack), who also sign up new Qualified Ambassadors, etc.
You continue building your business, and in December (or any subsequent month), you achieve the actual rank of Gold Ambassador. You’ll then receive the $250 Gold one-time Achievement Bonus on your December commissions, which will be paid on January 15th.*
On July 1st, when June commissions are finalized, you’re qualified as a Silver Ambassador. Based on June commissions, you earn a $100 onetime Achievement Bonus (Paid on July 15th).*
(Note: Your actual rank will stay Silver until you reach Gold with actual Plexus Points.)
You are not paid for Mock Points on your Monthly Commissions. Mock Points are only used to qualify for the Fast Start Achievement Bonus.
You and your downline continue to sign up new Qualified Ambassadors. On July 11th (the 31st day after enrollment, and the end of your Fast Start period), you have 85 Plexus Points + 15 Mock Points (for 3 Welcome Packs), which equals 100 Fast Start Points. You’re now qualified as a Gold Ambassador under the Fast Start Achievement program. *Plexus makes no guarantees or projections of income, as such representations may be misleading. PLEXUS ® POINTS With each Ambassador in your downline with at least 100 PV, you will earn Plexus Points according to your Pay Rank at the end of each month. The Plexus Points you have earned are added together and multiplied by the current value of a Plexus Point. By sponsoring new Ambassadors who have met qualifying sales requirements, and by helping existing Ambassadors on your team to do the same, you will increase the number of Plexus Points you can qualify to earn.

When a new Ambassador purchases a Welcome Pack, their qualified upline Sponsors will begin receiving points for that Ambassador in their second month as a Qualified Ambassador, unless the new Ambassador’s Personal Volume is 100 PV OVER the Welcome Pack PV for their first month. In other words, points are not earned on the Welcome Pack.
Plexus® Point Values: The value of a Plexus Point is determined by dividing the total amount of money in the Ambassador Pool in a single month by the total number of Plexus Points earned by all Ambassadors in that month, and will vary depending on key indicators, including (but not limited to) total Commissionable Volume, and the size of the sales field. EMERALD POOL BONUS Three percent of the company’s Commissionable Volume each month is placed into a Bonus Pool for Emerald Ambassadors, and that pool is divided equally among the Ambassadors who qualify as Emerald.
SAPPHIRE POOL BONUS One percent of the company’s Commissionable Volume each month is placed into a Bonus Pool for Sapphire Ambassadors, and that pool is divided equally among the Ambassadors who qualify. When an Ambassador qualifies for the Sapphire Pool, they automatically qualify for the Emerald Pool as well, and receive both bonuses.
DIAMOND POOL BONUS One percent of the company’s Commissionable Volume each month is placed into a Bonus Pool for Diamond Ambassadors, and that pool is divided equally among the Ambassadors who qualify as Diamond. When an Ambassador qualifies for the Diamond Pool, they automatically qualify for the Emerald and Sapphire Pools, and receive those bonuses as well. 27

EARN A DIAMOND RE-ENTRY POSITION When you achieve the rank of Diamond Ambassador, you earn the opportunity to re-enter the program with an additional (second) position that will be placed directly under your original position (Level 1). Your re-entry position operates the same as your original position, and is subject to all of the same guidelines, qualifications, and policies.
With 6,000 total Plexus® Points in your team, you could qualify for a Diamond Re-Entry Position.
The re-entry position is a huge income-earning opportunity because it allows you double leverage on the earning power of the team you build below it. You get paid once for the volume under your new position, and you get paid again on the same volume by virtue of your original position.

GLOSSARY OF TERMS AMBASSADOR POOL
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
Commissionable Volume that comes through an Ambassador’s replicated website.
Each Ambassador must pay the $34.95 Annual Membership fee in order to receive your replicated Plexus® website for 12 months. This site operates as the Ambassador’s virtual office, including acceptance and processing of Customer orders.
AMBASSADOR PRODUCT PACKS A variety of product collections offered for purchase exclusively to Ambassadors. Packs include: Retailer’s Pack, Lucky Seven, Boost Lucky 7, High Roller, and Boost High Roller. Commissions are paid weekly on Ambassador Product Packs. Purchase of a Pack automatically puts the Ambassador at 500 PV and qualifies the Ambassador for 25% commission on any other product purchases in that month.

BUSINESS BUILDING BONUS (BBB) New Ambassadors are eligible to purchase Welcome Packs which contain Plexus products, within their first 30 days. These packs are offered at a generous discount. The new Ambassador does not earn commission on the Welcome Pack they purchase.
However, 50% of the Welcome Pack PV is distributed to qualified upline Ambassadors as a BBB 4 levels up, and the remaining 50% is retained by Plexus® for product costs. COMMISSION QUALIFIED In order to earn commissions and bonuses, you must remain qualified until commissions have been finalized.

COMPLIANCE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Monthly Commissions are paid for Retail Rewards, Retail Rewards Override, Preferred Customer Bonuses, Plexus Points, Achievement Bonuses, and Emerald, Sapphire, and Diamond Pool Bonuses. Payment is made on the 15th of the following month.
Ambassadors are prohibited from selling Plexus products via the Internet, except through the replicated web sites that the company provides for its Ambassadors. For the protection of the Ambassadors and the company, this policy will be strictly enforced. There are also restrictions on how and where a Plexus Ambassador may retail Plexus products.
There are two qualifications for Monthly Commissions: 1. Your Annual Membership must be current.
*Ambassadors at all ranks are required to have a current Annual Membership to remain Qualified.

COMPRESSION
LEVELS
If an Ambassador in your organization is not qualified, the following will happen:
Levels are determined by who the sponsors are. As the Ambassador, you are Level 0. Ambassadors that you personally sponsor are considered your Level 1 Ambassadors. The Ambassadors that your Level 1’s sponsor would be your Level 2’s. Consequently, this continues for many levels down.
During the commission period, the next qualified downline Ambassador will roll up, or “compress,” and assume the Pay Level of the non-qualified Ambassador. The actual Level of the nonqualified Ambassador (and their downline) will remain the same, but their Pay Level will change and thus the Points assigned will adjust based on their new Pay Level. DOWNLINE Your downline consists of Ambassadors you have personally sponsored (your Level 1), their Ambassadors (your Level 2), etc. LEG The term used to describe each of your personally-sponsored Ambassadors (Level 1) and their downline.

For example: If you are an Ambassador, and you personally sponsor Mary Jones, Mary Jones would be on your first Level or Level 1. If Mary Jones then sponsored John Smith, John Smith would be Mary Jones’ Level 1, but John Smith would be your Level 2. The Plexus® Compensation Plan pays you Plexus Points up to 7 Pay Levels down (including those normally below level 7 if compression(s) occurred) from your position, depending on your Rank. The Business Building Bonus pays the Ambassadors 4 levels up.
MOCK POINTS
PAY RANK
Mock Points are assigned for new Ambassadors who purchased Welcome Packs and are used solely for the purpose of determining qualification for the Fast Start Achievement Bonus, since Welcome Packs do not generate Plexus® Points.
Ambassadors are paid at the rank they qualify for in a given month. This may be different from the highest-achieved rank.
Ambassadors are not paid for Mock Points.
The value assigned to each commissionable product that you or your Customers purchase.
MONTHLY COMMISSION PAYOUTS Under the Plexus® Compensation Plan, commissions for Retail Rewards, Retail Rewards Override, Preferred Customer Bonuses, Plexus Points, Achievement Bonuses, and Emerald, Sapphire, and Diamond Pool Bonuses will be paid out monthly, with payment made on the 15th of the following month. Note: If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, commissions will be paid out on the preceding weekday.
PERSONAL VOLUME (PV)
PLEXUS POINTS The value of a Plexus Point varies each month depending on key indicators, including (but not limited to) total Commissionable Volume, and the size of the sales field. Plexus Points are earned based on your Pay Rank and your team’s PV each month. You are paid on the total number of Plexus Points you have qualified for, multiplied by the current value of a Plexus Point. May also be referred to as Pay Points.
