Drill a 3/32" hole through the front face of magazine 3/16” from bottom center. FIG 1 Using a torx wrench on a drill, with a LOT of pressure, drive ¼” cap screw into hole keeping it square (FIG 2). The screw will bite into the metal and form its own threads. It will be very tight at first, but will get easier. Screw assembly (FIG 3) onto mag and tighten with ¼” socket wrench until snug. (Loctite is recommended) DO NOT USE PLIERS OR OVER TIGHTEN.
NOTE: The torx screw is intended for use with ALUMINUM mags only. To install on Stainless steel mags, use a #43 drill for step 1 and a 4-40 tap for step 2.

Drill a 3/32" hole through the front face of magazine, keeping it square. (FIG 1 and 2) Using the .05 allen wrench supplied with kit, with a little pressure, turn ½” set screw into hole (FIG 2). The screw will bite into the plastic and form its own threads. It will be very tight at first, but will get easier. Remove screw once it feels easy to turn. Screw assembly (FIG 3) onto PMAG and tighten with ¼” socket wrench until snug. DO NOT USE PLIERS OR OVER TIGHTEN.
