FR: MTC Pavement Staff RE: PMP Certification Status Attached is the latest Pavement Management Program (PMP) Certification Status Listing. This listing is updated monthly, and is also available online at http://www.mtc.ca.gov/services/pmp. Note any jurisdiction whose certification date will expire within 60 days (indicated by yellow shading), or those that have already expired (indicated by red shading). Please work with these jurisdictions to ensure their certification is current. As required in the One Bay Area Grant (OBAG) policy (MTC Resolution No. 4035, Revised), only jurisdictions with a certified PMP are eligible to receive OBAG funding for local streets and roads preservation projects. Therefore, any jurisdiction without a current PMP certification is no longer eligible to receive OBAG funds for local streets rehabilitation. In lieu of de‐programming OBAG funds already programmed to a rehabilitation project, any sponsor without a current certification will not have their OBAG project(s) included in the annual obligation plan until their PMP certification is in good standing.
