ASSEMBLING YOUR BLOCKS - USE A 1/4” SEAM ALLOWANCE
1. Make (8) popsicle blocks following the diagram below. Press the seams up. A

2. Draw a diagonal line through all (16) of your corner pieces (I). I

3. Take two of the (I) pieces, place them on the top two corners of your popsicle blocks. Sew on the line that you marked in step 2. I

4. Measure a 1/4” from the sewn line on each (I) piece and trim off the corners.

5. Press open the two (I) corner pieces. Repeat Steps 3-5 for the remaining 7 popsicle blocks. I

ASSEMBLING YOUR BLOCKS CONTINUED - USE A 1/4” SEAM ALLOWANCE 6. To make the popsicle stick, take one (E) piece and two (H) pieces and sew them together as shown below. Press the seams away from (E). Make 8.
7. Sew the popsicle body and the popsicle stick parts together. Press the seam towards the popsicle body. I

9. Sew one (G) piece to the top and one (F) piece to the bottom of popsicles 2, 4, 6, and 8. Press the top seam up towards G and the bottom seam down towards F.

8. Sew one (F) piece to the top and one (G) piece to the bottom of popsicles 1, 3, 5, and 7. Press the top seam up towards F and the bottom seam down towards G.

10. Sew the six (J) pieces between your popsicle blocks. Press the seams towards the J pieces. Then sew the top and bottom rows of popsicles together and press the seam open. F
