Description Passing awareness 15 X 15 area First player plays pass to a team mate and then moves to an empty edge of the square playing area. Receiving player controls the ball with one touch and plays a pass to spare player with 2nd touch. Two touches are encouraged throughout practice. Work for 1 minute, rest for 30 seconds and repeat.

Description 4 v 2 Dutch Target 30 X 20 Area Play 4 v 2. Red team attempts to keep possession and wait for an opportunity to play ball off the center cone. 1 point awarded for hitting the ball. If defenders win it, they attempt to hit the ball for 3 points.

3rd Activity
Description 6 v 6 minus 2 30 x 30 yard area with a 10 x 10 square in the middle Teams compete in the playing area and attempt to pass the ball on the ground to a team mate through any side of the small square. When attacking has the ball, the defending team must drop 2 players into the small square to defend making it a 6 v 4 game. If they intercept, they come out and switch roles. No attackers are allowed into the square unless progressed to a target player
