HELP! In 2017 we had almost 650 children play Mueller Park Baseball. Without volunteers, the league cannot function. We are continually in need of NEW volunteers. We need help on the board of directors, we need coaches, team parents and field maintenance. If you are willing to help, we can find a position to suit your experience and interest, and we’ll teach you what you need to know. Coaches should have an understanding of the game. Other positions just require someone to give input, help organize events, and support the players and coaches. SPONSOR: Do you own a business? Do you work at a business? Please consider being a sponsor! Fill out the Sponsor Agreement form.
Games will vary by time and days Monday – Friday, with the possibility of one or two Saturday games based upon registration numbers and the total number of teams. Season lasts approximately 7 weeks (No post-season tournament)
ROOKIE AA & ROOKIE AAA: Ages 6-7-8 T-Ball and ALL Rookie teams are determined by friend, coach requests and by the school they attend.
Skill Assessment & Draft Minor & Major Leagues Saturday, March 17th at Mueller Park Minor Field 9 year olds come at 11:30 a.m. 10 year olds come at 9:30 a.m. 11 – 12 year olds come at 9:30 a.m.

All practice dates and times will depend on the coaches’ schedule.
We are individuals in our community who are interested in baseball. Many are young men who are learning how to umpire. Umpires become skilled by practicing. All umpires are not at the same skill level. If you drive them away by harsh criticism they will not have the opportunity to develop their skills. Without umpires we can’t play baseball games. Would you be willing to go on the field and call a game? The umpires we use are our sons, husbands, neighbors, and friends and they are doing the best they can.
What You Need To Know
the season. Just because we’ve not experienced any incidents of foul play doesn’t mean we can lower our defenses. Please do not send small children to the restroom by themselves or allow them to play unattended.

Babe Ruth League Saturday, March 24th at Mueller Park Fields BABE RUTH: Age 13-15 at 9:00 a.m. Field Preparation Day--Saturday, April 14th We strongly encourage players and their families to help us prepare/clean up the fields for opening day. The players’ uniforms will be distributed at the fields on this day.
