PLANNING Outline planning consent for B8 development totalling 9,278 sq m (99,868 sq ft) was granted on 10 July 2015 (Ref No: CB/15/00850/OUT).

TERMS The owners are currently considering a revised planning application to relocate the employment allocation and re-site the horticultural business and it is likely that an application will be submitted in September or October 2017. Until this is determined it will not be possible to progress individual interests in the site. Notwithstanding this, we will register details of all parties who are interested in land or buildings with a view to commencing discussions once the planning application has been determined.
