PREPARE FOR CHECKIN
ON LINE ELECTRONIC TOURNAMENT CHECKIN All Rosters must be updated by Monday July 10th, 2017. ONLY THE PLAYERS THAT ARE ON YOUR GOTSOCCER ROSTER BY MONDAY JULY 10TH @ 6p, WILL BE ALLOWED TO PLAY IN THE TOURNAMENT. Please follow the instructions below to prepare your roster.
PREPARE FOR CHECKIN
Step 1 • Login to your GOTSOCCER account • Click on Roster
Step 2 • Generate Roster • Click on the drop down arrow for View by Event/Registration: • Choose Mid Summer Classic 7/15/2017 • Click Generate Roster

You will see the list of players that will be participating in the event in the upper portion (with the option to release). and other players in the lower portion (with the option to add). You can add from the lower portion and release from the upper portion. In the end, the upper portion will need to include all the players who will be participating in the Mid Summer Classic.
Step 3 • Download Check-in .pdf Roster, by clicking on Roster (under documents)
TO PERFORM ON LINE CHECKIN
Step 1 • Print the following documents o Team Check in List (the roster you just downloaded) o Cal North or US Club Official/KYCK Roster Step 2 • Team Check in Roster o Verify that it is correct. If not, update and print again. o Please check mark that you have waiver for all the players you have them for. o Please check mark if the player is a guest player o Sign both the Team Check in Roster and the Official CYSA or US Club Roster.
Loan forms can be found on our website (www.turlockyouthsoccer.org) under the TOURNAMENT tab • Scan the following forms o Team Check in list (signed) o Official CYSA or US Club Roster (Signed) o Guest Player Loan forms, if applicable Step 3 • Upload Forms o Click on your GOTSOCCER team account o Click on Mid Summer Classic in events o Click on documents tabs
Upload the following documents o Team Check in List (complete and signed) o CYSA or US Club Official Roster (Must match your GOTSOCCER Roster) o Guest Player forms, filled out and signed by the required individuals. (if applicable) ***PLAYERS NOT ON THE GOTSOCCER ROSTER WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY. NO WRITE INS!!*** •
Step 4 • Upon Completion • Click NOTIFY Registrar • Add a message “Forms have been uploaded”
