There are three ways donors can visit your organization’s profile: 1. Share your organization’s unique URL ○ Reminder that if you distributed Kimbia URL, it will forward to your GiveGab organization page! 2. Use search feature page with name, cause, or location 3. Use the search box located at the top of the landing page

The match is likely made outside of GiveGab prior to Valley Gives Day.



If it is made through GiveGab it must be via credit/debit card (processing fees will apply) and should be received by May 1. Otherwise, it is a separate agreement between organization and match provider.



Original match amount will only count towards your online total if made after April 26 and via GiveGab.

Enable auto-matching to automatically add dollars to your organization’s totals when you receive a donation. This will appear on your donation report as an offline gift.

This will create an offline donation for the remaining funds and add it to your totals. This will prevent future donations from counting toward this matching opportunity.

You have two options to receive your funds. To make sure your organization is able to receive donations starting on April 26 with Advanced Giving, decision must be made by end of day today - April 23: ○ Direct deposit ○ The K Foundation



If you choose to use direct deposit, you will need to enter your banking information through your Giving Day Dashboard. ○

You will not get a checkbox until bank account info is verified.



If you choose to use The K Foundation, you need to let Michael DeChiara know at: [email protected]



Note: You must choose an option for your organization to participate.

Donation Process ● All major credit cards are accepted ○ Visa, Mastercard, American Express ● Credit card donations are immediately processed and will count towards Valley Gives totals starting May 1 ○

Any funds raised during the Advanced Giving period starting on April 26 will not be displayed on Valley-Gives.org until May 1 even though the card is processed. These will appear in Valley Gives totals on May 1.

Access Donation Reports ● Your spreadsheet report can be broken up into two sections. ● Donation information includes ○

Donation date, time, status, the intended donation amount, amount charged, breakdown of bank and processing fees, whether the donor covered fees, your organization’s total payout amount, and payout date

Donor’s name, email address, mailing address, whether the donor chose to have their donation displayed publicly, if the donor chose a donation level from your profile, whether the donation was a recurring gift, if the donation came from a peer fundraiser’s page, any comments included with the donation

Prizes ● Prizes will be awarded throughout Valley Gives on May 1 ● Prizes are actually grants made by the Community Foundation. ○ These will be sent as checks by CFWM. Checks will likely be send mid/late May.

● All prize descriptions, rules, and winners will appear on the Valley Gives Prizes page, accessible at the top of every page on valley-gives.org. ○

Midnight to 1:00 am (raffle) - $1,500 ○



Morning coffee (raffle) - $2,500 ○



Organizations that get 5 or more donations between 6:00 - 7:59 AM will be entered into a raffle.

Early morning large donations (raffle) - up to $2,000 ○



Donations made between 12:00 - 1:00 AM will be entered into a raffle.

Donations of $1,000 or more, made between 2:00 - 4:59 AM, will be entered into a raffle.

Most donors in one hour - $2,000, $1,500, $1,000 ○

The top three organizations with either a small or medium budget size that receive the most unique donors between 8:00 - 8:59 AM will receive prizes in order of number of donors.



10 minute rush (raffle) - $5,000 ○



All $25 or greater donations received between 10:30 - 10:40 AM will be entered into a raffle.

Lunchtime (raffle) - $5,000 ○

Organizations that get 10 or more donations between 12:00 - 1:59 PM will be entered into a raffle.

Prizes by Time ●

Most $50 donors by county (raffle) - $1,000 each ○

Donations of $50 or more made between 3:00 - 4:59 PM will be entered into a raffle. One organization per county.



Dinner time (raffle) - $2,500 ○



Most new night-time donors - $2,500 ○



Organizations that get 5 or more donations between 6:00 - 7:59 PM will be entered into a raffle.

The organization that gets the most new donors between 9:00 - 11:00 PM will win.

Last 30 minutes (raffle) - $5,000 ○

Donations made in the last 30 minutes, between 11:30 PM - 12:00 AM, will be entered into a raffle.

Note: Winners for time-based prizes will be posted on May 1

Prizes from Donation Form Questions ●

Donors from most PV towns and cities - $5,000 each ○

One small and one medium budget sized organization with donations originating from the most towns/cities in the Pioneer Valley area will win a prize.



Most new donors to small and medium organizations - $1,500, $1,000, $500 ○

Top three organizations in the small and medium budget categories that have the most new donors during Valley Gives will win a prize.



Most donors acquired for organizations new to Valley Gives - $1,500, $1,000, $500 ○

The top three organizations in the small and medium budget categories that is new to Valley Gives AND has the most unique donors will win a prize.



Donors by decade (raffle) - $5,000 ○

One organization in either the small OR medium budget category that gets donors representing at least 4 different decades of age will be entered into a raffle. At least one donor must be in the 20s age range and one donor in the 30s age range.

Matching prize for matches between $1,000 - $5,000 (raffle) ○

15 small and medium organizations that meet their self-determined matching gift goals will be selected in a raffle to have their match challenge amount matched by the Community Foundation. Matching gift challenges must be between $1,000 and $5,000.



If an organization has multiple matching gift challenges, all matches that are met can be entered into the raffle. However, an organization can only win one match prize. The amount of the organization's match will be the amount that the Community Foundation awards as a prize.
