CONFERENCE HOTEL INFORMATION The official hotel of the 2018 ACRA Conference is the DoubleTree by Hilton Birmingham in Birmingham, Alabama. • ACRA has reserved a block of rooms at a special rate for Conference attendees. • Room rate is $102 plus tax, and includes free wireless internet throughout the property and free onsite parking. • Please reserve your room quickly, as they will fill up fast. • The cutoff date for group rate is January 12, 2018. CANCELLATION POLICY • • • • • •

Prior to the convention, registration may be canceled upon written request only. Cancellations must be received in writing by December 23, 2017, to be fully refunded. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations received between December 24, 2017 and January 14, 2018. Refunds will NOT be granted after January 14, 2018. Please note that these dates are RECEIVED-BY dates and NOT POSTMARK dates. "No-shows" are responsible for full payment of the convention registration fees.
