PRESCHOOL SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST These supplies are for the Frisco ISD Early Childhood School, where 25% of students receive free or reduced meals. For a child to qualify for the free or reduced meal program, a family of four may not exceed an annual income of approximately $40,000. Several of these children are also part of the Head Start program, which means their family does not exceed an income of $24,300. A Title I school receives financial assistance due to a high number or high percentage of children from low-income families. These schools enroll many children who are a part of the free or reduced lunch program, and are unable to purchase the supplies needed for classroom success.
