PRESIDENTS RETREAT & LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP SATURDAY AUGUST 24, 2013 EMPORIA, KANSAS 9am to 3:30pm Registration: 8:30 -9am [Programs to start promptly at 9am] Morning Sessions: 2 Track opportunities for training TRACK 1 9-11am: “Certification Workshop”program by Tammy Mapes, CAP-OM & Colleen Neill, CAP-OM for members in general session (1 .5 Recert Point ) TRACK 2 9 -11am: Presidents Retreat Session - for past and present presidents Afternoon Session: 11:30am-12:30pm “Leadership, Where’s Your Focus?” program by Mary Miller, CAP (1 Recert Point ) 12:30 to 1:30pm – “From Contributor to Leader – You Can Do It” program by Donna DeGarmo, CAP-OM (1 Recert Point ) 1:30 to 2:30pm – Round Table Discussions for Officer and Committee Chair positions. Please email the board any questions you have pertaining to a certain position or committee chair. These will be used to help guide discussion and make sure your questions are addressed. 2:30– 3:00pm – “Fun with Robert” program by Tammy Mapes, CAP-OM 3:00 – 3:15pm – Wrap up – Good Of Order – Dismiss Reserve your seat for this fun team-building and educational experience!
