The event represents the first-‐ever Los Angeles fundraiser organized by Texas-‐based Boot Campaign, a nationwide initiative which aims to show appreciation for active military and raise awareness of the needs of military members and veterans returning home. With campaign motto “When They Come Back, We Give Back,” Boot Campaign is both an awareness driver and fundraising effort that Sons of Anarchy cast members Kim Coates, Theo Rossi and Dayton Callie proudly endorse. “Wearing combat boots is a tangible way to show support and appreciation for our military and veterans,” said show star Kim Coates. “We can’t wait to put on our boots and lead 200 riders down Sunset Strip. It will be a great sight, for an even greater cause.” All proceeds from the Boot Ride & Rally will go to Activision Blizzard’s Call of Duty Endowment, a non-‐ profit organization, founded by Bobby Kotick, CEO, Activision Blizzard, Inc.
