Previously the Locally Grown Food Festival Friday, February 23, 2018 5:00 – 8:00 pm Corning Community College Commons Building 1 Academic Drive Corning, NY 14830 Cornell Cooperative Extension of Steuben County is pleased to invite you to the 2018 Taste FLXpo Friday February 23! For many years this event was held in downtown Corning at the Union Hall. We have been steadily outgrowing that facility and have sought make this event bigger and better. We have changed the format of the event slightly to nicely pair with the Finger Lakes Farm Country Conference focusing on agritourism in our region. We have also decided to move to Corning Community College, allowing for more vendors, more space, and increased parking. Farmers from across the Finger Lakes region are invited to participate. Livestock, fruit, veggie, maple, honey, and many other local producers are invited to be vendors at this event, which is also designated as a farmers’ market to allow for onsite sales. The event will also feature food dishes made with various local meats, vegetables, fruits, preserves, and herbs. Vendors will be provided with one 8-foot table to promote their farm and farm products. This event will allow you to educate consumers, meet new customers, promote your farm, and sell your product(s). If you would like to be part of the 2018 Taste FLXpo please fill out the attached registration form and return it to CCE-Steuben by Friday February 2nd. We are limited to approximately 50 vendors, so please register as soon as possible. The fee is $50.00 for one 8-foot table. If you have any questions please contact Stephanie Mehlenbacher at 607-6642574 or [email protected]. Or visit https://flxfarmcountry.ticketleap.com/admin/events/tasteflxpo-vendor-registration
